Who We Are
Resilient Technology Solutions Group specializes in providing cutting-edge data communications integration services tailored for public safety agencies. Together we represent 100+ years of national, state, and local public safety infrastructure experience. Our mission is to ensure seamless data integration enabling real-time information accessibility, thus empowering public safety organizations to operate efficiently and effectively. With a team of dedicated experts, we are committed to delivering excellence in every project.
Industry Endorsements
Chris Essid brought together the public safety community, localities, state agencies, and federal agencies to create inclusive governance structures, statewide plans, and national plans for interoperable communications. As the first Director of the Office of Emergency Communications at DHS, he used the SAFECOM Continuum to develop the first National Emergency Communications Plan, ensured the SAFECOM Grant Guidance was adopted by federal agencies grant programs to fund billions in emergency communication investments. Chris helped build the foundation used today to ensure technology planning is complemented by governance, training and exercises, and standard operating procedures as recommended in the SAFECOM Continuum.
